Vineyard house in
the Long Island countryside
We partnered with one of the most esteemed Brooklyn architectural firms to deliver that gracious living feeling for a new 5,000 sq foot private estate – Vineyard House. As usual, we invested a great deal of effort and attention into working out the smallest details of the exterior to achieve a complete immersion in the countryside atmosphere.
This is a spacious colonial-style house that breathes out comfort and reliability. The snow-white façade with a colonnade reflects the mood of the style in the best possible way. The spacious balcony, lunch terrace and pool seating area are the elements that add to the spirit of the estate.
Special attention was paid to outbuildings and landscaping of the territory – grape vines, lush flower beds and green hedges complement the visuals.
Apart from the exterior renderings, we were also asked to produce a number of interior views for this private estate in the country.
The same style was sustained for all rooms highlighting lightness and convenience as the main concept. Each element is carefully thought out and fits perfectly into the big picture.
The interiors are designed in light, inspiring colors that perfectly match the finishes made from natural materials. The final chord are the metallic elements, both purely decorative and fully functional.
The combination of contrasting details enlivens the space. The abundance of light, fresh flowers and open fire in the interiors make the rooms especially attractive and cozy.
